• Instructions for diamond grinding blades:

  1. Before use, select the appropriate type of diamond grinding blades according to the material to be processed, and confirm the particle size of the grinding blades before cutting.

  2. When the floor hardness is around 70%, it is the right time of grinding. When grinding hard surfaces, the grinding tool pressure should be adjusted in order to improve the grinding performance of diamond grinding tools.

  3. The central water cooling mode is adopted. If ponding grinding is adopted, the working efficiency will be reduced.

  4. Adjust the terrazzo machine to keep the bottom surface of the abrasive tool parallel to the bottom surface of the walking wheel.
